The Damned Don't Cry is excellent movie from 1950. I do not watch many movies under the Crime category, but this was great and now I am bigger fan of movies of this kind. If a movie can keep me focused for the full movie time, that's really great. The Damned Don't Cry is definitely one of these movies that you can watch several times and always find something new, and something interesting. Great actors and great story. However, I think that well-chosen actors and an interesting script are not pushed to the background by music, because a good film consists of many elements.
