For me this movie is one of the best movies released in year 2003. If a movie can manage me to stay hooked on the whole movie online, that's really impressive. Nowadays, fresh movies entering the cinemas, do not have 'something' what this movie got. It is really hard not to smile while watching Rugrats Go Wild.
