For me this movie is one of the best movies released in year 2006. I don't watch too many Horror movies, but this one was amazing. It's probably the most known Horror movie and it's really entertaining. You just have to watch Bacterium. Great actors and great story. However, I think that well-chosen actors and an interesting script are not pushed to the background by music, because a good film consists of many elements.
