Great movie from 2018. It is a pleasure for me to watch such a good movie. Nowadays, fresh movies entering the cinemas, do not have 'something' what this movie got. You just have to watch Dear Dictator. I had the opportunity to watch Dear Dictator sitting in a comfortable armchair in front of the TV. Earlier I heard a lot of good about this film, but with other movies from Joe Syracuse, I did not give myself much hope. It's a movie for everyone, I'm sure you'll like it after watching.
