This is really high class movie and I really love it. I will grant that my expectations were very low before watching You Are Not You. The movies industry, can't really boast with a large number of better Drama films. You Are Not You is definitely one of these movies that you can watch several times and always find something new, and something interesting. Even in the biggest and best Hollywood productions, there is the element of commercialism, that is elements that are in the film only to win favor with the mass audience.
