Tusk is great movie made in United States. I will grant that my expectations were very low before watching Tusk. I know it's know from being a mainstream popular movie, but honestly it's a really entertaining film. Tusk is definitely one of these movies that you can watch several times and always find something new, and something interesting. Great actors and great story. However, I think that well-chosen actors and an interesting script are not pushed to the background by music, because a good film consists of many elements.
