My favorite movie from year 1958. I will grant that my expectations were very low before watching Bonjour Tristesse. Nowadays, fresh movies entering the cinemas, do not have 'something' what this movie got. The film is interesting, it does not get boring, it does not get long and although it is not an original production, good acting and skilfully written script make it worth watching. Great actors and great story. However, I think that well-chosen actors and an interesting script are not pushed to the background by music, because a good film consists of many elements.
