ER - Season 4 is for me one of the biggest surprises of the year 1998. It is a pleasure for me to watch such a good tv show. It's probably the most known Drama tv show and it's really entertaining. It is really hard not to smile while watching ER - Season 4. Even in the biggest and best Hollywood productions, there is the element of commercialism, that is elements that are in the tv show only to win favor with the mass audience.
