Rulers of the City is for me one of the biggest surprises of the year 1976. I do not watch many movies under the Comedy category, but this was great and now I am bigger fan of movies of this kind. It's probably the most known Crime movie and it's really entertaining. Anyway, Thriller may boast of one of the biggest numbers of good movies. Even in the biggest and best Hollywood productions, there is the element of commercialism, that is elements that are in the film only to win favor with the mass audience.
