For me this movie is one of the best movies released in year 1999. Until now The Hi-Lo Country is the best online movie I've seen this year. Before you read this review and before I spoil you the story, watch the movie, I highly recommend it. You just have to watch The Hi-Lo Country. Even in the biggest and best Hollywood productions, there is the element of commercialism, that is elements that are in the film only to win favor with the mass audience.
