For me this movie is one of the best movies released in year 2008. I don't watch too many Action movies, but this one was amazing. Nowadays, fresh movies entering the cinemas, do not have 'something' what this movie got. What's more, this is definitely the type of movie that you can watch several times and always see something new, interesting. Neil Labute's work is very characteristic. He is a director who creates a climate in his productions, which is his trademark. Lakeview Terrace is the best choice for an evening with netflix.... Show more
