For me this tv show is one of the best tv shows released in year 1981. If a tv show can manage me to stay hooked on the whole tv show online, that's really impressive. Before you read this review and before I spoil you the story, watch the tv show, I highly recommend it. It is really hard not to smile while watching The Gangster Chronicles - Season 1. Even in the biggest and best Hollywood productions, there is the element of commercialism, that is elements that are in the tv show only to win favor with the mass audience.
